Each release of Intake Standards, newest first. How updates reach your site is on Install and uninstall.

Initial release

• Intake details, a request-form field with a checklist beside the box. With an enabled standard, leaving the box or pressing Check or Send starts a check. Text under the word minimum fails with no model call; otherwise the model, Atlassian-hosted AI (Forge LLMs), reads it against the checks.
• The customer portal holds the request while a check is not met, unless the standard lets requesters skip. Agent views show the checklist as guidance and never block.
• Intake standards in project settings: seven built-in templates, up to 12 checks, a word minimum, the box wording and a skip rule per work type; drafts, numbered versions, Enable with Undo, Disable, Compare and Copy to draft.
• Evaluate: try any version, drafts included, on sample text, with the requester's own box and checklist. Writes nothing to the run log.
• Run log: 30 days of portal and agent checks against enabled standards, unsent attempts included. Text under the word minimum and Evaluate runs are not logged.
• On creation: the text copied into an empty Description; the label intake-unverified and an internal note on requests that did not pass; the issue property intake-gate and the JQL alias "Intake details".Status.
